We are a husband and wife creative team with more than five years of experience producing locally crafted products. Over this time, we have built a strong and engaged community and are now preparing to expand into a broader retail market. Our products are currently sold through booth spaces at KT’s Attic and Manely Beauty (formerly Beautique Room) in Winter Haven, Florida. Our production capabilities include 7 3D printers, a diode laser, and a UV/DTF printer currently on order.
In addition to selling finished goods, we design and produce custom 3D printed items for individual clients. As we grow, we plan to establish a refreshed brand identity for our storefront that aligns with our long term retail vision. Our reputation for quality craftsmanship has led event hosts to seek us out for participation in local markets and pop up events. We encourage readers to explore our existing presence through our former business name Designz by Rach social media channels (facebook, Instagram, tiktok), where you can see the scope of our current operations in Winter Haven, Florida.
Over the past several years, we have built a strong local following and have become a trusted resource for customers seeking high quality 3D printed products and custom design work. This established reputation provides a solid foundation for the expanded retail and service offerings outlined in this business plan.
What we plan to accomplish:
Jesse’s long track record in retail sales, beginning in 1999, provides a strong foundation for the growth and stability of Printz N Play. His experience across multiple businesses, combined with consistent sales performance, positions us well as we move into our own retail venture. Years spent in corporate environments have given Jesse a deep understanding of consumer behavior, operational standards, and market expectations, all of which directly support our ability to build a successful storefront and brand.
Rachel brings an equally valuable community focused background. Her work within the school system and her involvement in local outreach events have strengthened our ties to Central Florida families and organizations. She has a natural ability to connect with people, especially children, and currently serves as an administrator at a local school. Her community relationships and experience in public facing roles enhance our visibility and reinforce the welcoming, family oriented identity we aim to cultivate with Printz N Play. Together, our combined strengths in retail, community engagement, and customer experience create a balanced leadership team prepared to launch and sustain a thriving retail operation.
What we plan to offer:
We plan to expand beyond selling finished 3D prints by becoming a full service resource for makers in our community. Our market currently lacks a local supplier for printers, accessories, replacement parts, and filament, and we intend to fill that gap. Our retail offerings will include FDM filament, along with the tools, consumables, and add ons customers need to create their own projects. As part of a long term service strategy, we also plan to explore in store machine maintenance and repair to provide a complete customer experience from purchase to ongoing support.
In addition to 3D printing, we will offer UV/DTF printing services for a wide range of customizable products such as bags, shirts, and other personalized items. Our storefront will also feature a dedicated creative space for children’s and adults’ painting parties, giving customers the opportunity to choose from pre made items and enjoy a hands on, social crafting experience with friends and family.
