All eligible products may be returned within 30 days with a valid receipt (digital or paper).

Opened electronics, parts, and accessories are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.

CUSTOM & MADE‑TO‑ORDER ITEMS — NO RETURNS

No returns on:

  • 3D printed items

  • Laser‑engraved items

  • Custom UV/DTF products

  • Any personalized or made‑to‑order item

These items are created specifically for you.

DROP‑SHIPPED ITEMS FROM VENDORS

All drop‑shipped items delivered by third‑party vendors are non‑refundable due to independent delivery and handling methods.

ORIGINAL PACKAGING REQUIRED
